Privacy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-04-04
Scope
This policy covers the public NumeroClaw website, API access requests, workspace platform usage, and published reading links that we host.
If you contact us or request access, we may collect your email address and the message context needed to respond.
What we collect
We may process contact details, workspace identifiers, reading inputs, usage metadata, billing records, webhook endpoint details, and support correspondence.
Reading inputs can include structured birth names, date of birth, declared gender, and caller-supplied metadata.
Why we use it
We use this data to provide the API, generate and publish readings, secure accounts, operate billing, diagnose failures, and communicate with customers.
We may also retain operational logs needed for abuse prevention, auditing, and service reliability.
Third parties
Our stack may rely on infrastructure and billing providers such as hosting, data, email, and payment vendors. Those providers only receive the data required to perform their role.
We do not publish your calculation engine inputs to the public web unless you explicitly use a public reading link feature.
Retention
We retain account, billing, and operational records for as long as needed to run the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain auditability.
Access-request emails and support correspondence may be retained for launch operations and customer history.
